We hear about our job postings through our website www.ataisi.com.tr, career sites and our Linkedin page.
2. PHONE / EMAIL INFORMATION
We give first meeting and interview appointments to candidates who pass the pre-selection, via e-mail and phone.
3. INTERVIEW
During our interviews, while giving information about our company and the position, we also get information about the candidate's expectations and career plan. After the interview, we determine the most suitable candidates for the job. After the first meeting with the human resources department, a second meeting can be held with the department manager.
4. BUSINESS OFFER
We make job offers regarding wages and benefits to candidates who are suitable for the position. We carry out the orientation process by starting the employment process of the people who join us.
